1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and we1wei ("Platform" or "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the we1wei platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use we1wei's services. These terms may be updated from time to time, and you will be notified through our communication channels. Continued use after an update is considered acceptance of the latest terms.

we1wei operates under international licensing and complies with online gambling industry standards set by the relevant regulatory bodies.

2 Registration Eligibility and Age Requirement

Use of the we1wei platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Residing in an area where online gambling is not legally prohibited.
• Using a real identity and accurate personal information during registration.
• Not previously banned or suspended by we1wei.
• Not an employee, partner, or agent associated with we1wei.

we1wei reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm user eligibility. Accounts found not to meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one account at we1wei. Any attempt to register more than one account, including using another person's personal information or a false identity, is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information, including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), an active mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification and compliance obligations.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login information confidential. All activity occurring through your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us within a reasonable time.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

we1wei accepts a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method selected and the level of verification required.

we1wei reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for security review purposes, particularly when there are signs of unusual activity on the account in question. In such cases, our team will contact you through your registered channel for verification.

• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or an agreed cryptocurrency equivalent.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them.
• Any attempt at fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by we1wei are subject to wagering requirements. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

The we1wei welcome bonus provides a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be processed.

we1wei reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse, including wagering strategies deemed to be attempts to manipulate the bonus system.

6 VIP Programme and Membership Tiers

we1wei operates a VIP membership structure consisting of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate as a reward for loyal members.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

Progression to a higher VIP tier is determined by your playing activity over time. we1wei reserves the right to review the VIP tier of any member based on their recent account activity.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the we1wei platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or unauthorised technical tools to play.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Depositing funds through payment methods not verified in your own name.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location.
• Spreading false or misleading information about we1wei to third parties.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, as well as forfeiture of any credit balance or associated winnings.

8 Responsible Gambling

10 Complaint Resolution and Jurisdiction

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the use of the we1wei platform, the first step is to contact our customer support team, available 24/7 via live chat or email in Bahasa Melayu and English.

All complaints received will be investigated transparently within a reasonable timeframe. The final decision on any dispute that cannot be resolved through support channels will be referred to the relevant regulatory body under we1wei's international licence.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under we1wei's licensing jurisdiction. Users hereby agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
